Each listing on Hikr has its own cancellation policy set by the partner. Before booking, you can view the specific policy on the listing page. Here are the common cancellation tiers:
If a partner cancels due to unsafe weather conditions, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. Safety decisions are made by the partner and are final.
If a partner cancels for any reason, you'll receive a full refund automatically. We may also help you find alternative activities if available.
In case of documented medical emergencies, contact our support team. We work with partners to find compassionate solutions, which may include full or partial refunds regardless of policy.
To cancel a booking:
Hikr does not charge travelers any service fee. The price you see is the price you pay. Partners pay a commission to Hikr for using the platform, but this is not passed on to you.
